Hand-Painted Triquetra Altar Plate

$12.00

This hand-painted triquetra altar plate is about the size of a standard coaster - if you plan to use it that way, I highly recommend you seal it first.

The triquetra is a symbol with a complex history - its most common use is within Celtic paganism, but there are some Norse pagans who view the triquetra as another form of the Valknut. That topic gets rather contentious, so I encourage you to do your own research and decide for yourself. It's a fascinating symbol with a rich history.

Of the six available plates, I will choose at random which one to send (games of chance are fun!). If you for some reason absolutely feel you must have one over another, please let me know in the personalization section.

***Critical!!!***
The plate has not been sealed, which means the paint will run if it gets wet or is left in the sun too long. I didn't seal it so it could be MCS friendly - you are free to seal the plate yourself!

Disclaimer:
This is a hand-painted plate. As such, there may be faults/imperfections as is normal with hand-crafted work.
